We are a very small fulfillment team, so please be patient after ordering! Our estimated turn-around time is 2-3 weeks to get orders packed and shipped out from your day of purchase. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. All of our inventory is stocked and pre-printed except for custom requests, which may take 2-4 weeks to print & ship out. Once in the hands of USPS: actual shipping may take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on your location
When we create a label, your order still needs to be collected and scanned by the carrier to get into their system. It can take 24-48 hours for carriers to update tracking.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Our estimated turn-around time is 2-3 weeks to get orders packed and shipped out from your day of purchase. Once in the carriers hands, actual travel time takes from 2-7 business days depending on your location. In total, most orders arrive within two weeks.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Unfortunately we do NOT ship outside the US at the moment. Please join our mailing list for updates on this! We are working hard to make these available elsewhere!

I received a damaged/incorrect item. What should I do?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, or if you’re missing an item, contact our customer service team at info@twocrowcollective.com within 3 business days of receipt for further assistance. If damaged or incorrect, providing photos of the item(s) you received as proof, greatly helps our customer service team with assistance.
Do you offer refunds?
We understand that ordering online can be difficult. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase and get a refund or exchange the product for another one.
If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.

Who pays for shipping on items for return?
For returns that are customer-initiated, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
For returns due to incorrect or damaged items, we’ll provide the return label free of charge. Please email our customer service team at info@twocrowcollective.com if you have any questions and we will assist you in whatever way possible!
*Please note that the items must be unworn and unwashed, with the tags still intact.. If signs of wash or wear are visible or the tag is removed, we cannot accept the returned item.

Absolutely love this! I typically were a size 2xl in tops and a size 20 in bottoms and this is a perfect fit. Everything i want all in 1. I am typically nervous ordering online because the arms can be tight for me in some stuff. These are perfect 👌 I think they are built to be a little baggy so you can layer underneath so it fits a little big but not to much, its a very comfortable fit. The fabric is soft and the logo is printed nicely. The pockets acually fit my phone so it doesn't stick out, it easily just sits inside of them I have a big Samsung galaxy too. Its almost to tunic length but not quite, does go past my hips without getting tight. Seriously the best hoodie I have had in ages! The fit is perfect
Loooove my shirt! I grew up on PBS and mohawks and this a great reminder of my life with both. Made even better by a portion of the proceeds going to support the absolute rockstar PBS has become. I can't say enough kind words to describe my interaction with the owners to boot. It's a pleasure to support them along with their vision.

Store owner replied: Hey Manuel, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm so sorry we missed this during quality control. This looks like a curing issue with the ink it just didn't get set enough in our dryer. Sometimes the heat can fluctuate and we don't notice once it comes off the belt. I just double cured a new shirt for you, set up a new order and we'll have a replacement out today. Keep the first shirt, throw it in high heat in your dryer and that should stop the cracking as well, but please enjoy the free shirt on me. My stickers are great. I've kept a few and given the others as gifts. Mine are on my water bottles and they hold up quite well to vigorous washing with soap and water. As for the content: I LOVE it! Each one hits the spot. I'll be back for more.
