Two Crow Collective has always been about turning real life, chronic illness, mental health, invisible battles, weird humor, punk grit, and unfiltered honesty into wearable art. That’s our heartbeat. If that’s the world you live in, you’ll fit right in here.
This isn’t some faceless brand collab. This is a community-driven artist team built on transparency, connection, and respect for real creators.
What We’re Building
I’ve reached a point where I can’t create every piece myself. Two Crow has grown, and I want to focus more on curating designs and art direction, handpicking the right ideas, artists, and energy to bring them to life.
We’re looking for illustrators, designers, and creators who want to be part of something bigger than a one-off gig. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative group helping shape the future of our collections.
This is a paid role. Everyone will be credited for their work, and we’ll discuss pay per project. Most designs will have a flat rate, with the potential for bonuses when pieces perform well. All artwork created for Two Crow Collective is a paid commission and becomes the property of Two Crow Collective once payment is made. Artists will always be credited for their work unless they request anonymity. This is a contracted role to protect both you, the artist & us.
In-House vs. Collaboration Roles
We’re building this team with two types of artists in mind.
In-House Artists are our long-term crew: people who regularly collaborate, help shape upcoming collections, and take part in monthly meetings and brainstorm sessions. You’ll be part of the core creative process, from concept to final print, and help decide what stories we tell next.
Collaboration Artists are one-time or occasional contributors who bring their own unique vision to a single design or limited drop. These are paid, credited collaborations where your work becomes part of the Two Crow story without the ongoing time commitment.
What To Expect
Creative Meetings: We'll meet as an art team once a quarter to discuss upcoming projects and releases.
Design Goals: Ideally, each artist will create one to three designs per quarter. We’ll work a few months ahead of each season, so we’re always ready for what’s next.
Collaboration: You’ll get feedback, revisions, and direction directly from me. These meetings are a safe space for ideas to evolve, not a corporate review.
Design Concepts: Most of our concepts come from customer stories, so you’ll be part of turning those moments into designs that actually mean something. Whether you are picking from our list or we discuss a specific design concept, we want you to ONLY work on designs you are excited about.
Mediums: Hand-drawn, digital, tattoo-inspired, alternative, experimental, it’s all welcome as long as it fits within the Two Crow world and translates to screen printing. If you have an understanding of screen printing, limited color palettes, and color separation, it’s a huge plus.
Who We’re Looking For
Artists with a unique voice and style, not afraid to get personal.
People who live within the alt world: tattooed, animal-loving, mental health advocates, storytellers, punks, weirdos, and dreamers. Designers who respect the craft, who know what printability means, care about detail, and want to make clothing that feels handmade because it is.
Folks who want to be a part of something I think is truly special.

Legal & Contracts
All artists will sign a simple non-disclosure agreement (NDA) when joining the team. This keeps our creative process safe and ensures that every idea shared within the group stays confidential.
Our monthly meetings are open and collaborative spaces where a lot of design concepts get thrown around: rough sketches, half-finished thoughts, and upcoming collection ideas. All of those ideas are considered property of Two Crow Collective. The NDA simply makes sure that what’s shared in those spaces stays protected.
It’s not about control or secrecy. It’s about respecting the creative process, protecting the work we build together, and creating an environment where everyone can share freely and trust one another.
We work with our Artists on an individual basis on when and how they specifically want to be paid. We don’t hold back payments or drag our feet. There may be times we love a design idea but not the execution, and that's A-OK.
We believe in clear communication, fair pay, and full credit.
Our contracts exist to protect both sides, your art and our brand, so everyone can focus on creating without worry.
