You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is packed up & headed to the post office!

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
YES! Hassle-free returns! Please email info@twocrowcollective.com with your name, order #, and reason for exchanging.

If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost. 

**Exchanges & Returns must be made within 60 days from the date your item was delivered.

I'M OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, CAN I ORDER?
Unfortunately, not at the moment. We are researching the best way to get our lovely apparel World-Wide, but currently we only ship throughout the United States. Please join our email list if you'd like updates on when we start international availability!
