Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed no more than 7-10 business days, but typically around 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped  on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days but we will be in touch. Custom orders take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. 
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • USPS Ground Advantage Shipping: 3-5 business days
3. International Shipping
We do not offer International Shipping at the moment.

4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can always check on your order by emailing us at info@twocrowcollective.com

5. Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses
