SHIPPING TIMELINE:
We are a very small fulfillment team, so please be patient after ordering! Our estimated  turn-around time is 7-10 business days to get orders packed and shipped out from your day of purchase. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. All of our inventory is stocked and pre-printed except for custom requests, which may take 2-4 weeks to print & ship out. Once in the hands of USPS: actual shipping may take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on your location 

When we create a label, your order still needs to be collected and scanned by the carrier to get into their system. It can take 25-48 hours for carriers to update tracking.

Please use an active email address at checkout so you can receive updates regarding your order. Also, please check your spam/junk folder, you may have an email sitting & waiting from us.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
YES! Hassle-free returns! Please email info@twocrowcollective.com with your name, order #, and reason for exchanging.

If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost. 

**Exchanges & Returns must be made within 30 days from the date your item was delivered.

I'M OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, CAN I ORDER?
Unfortunately, not at the moment. We are researching the best way to get our lovely apparel World-Wide, but currently we only ship throughout the United States. Please join our email list if you'd like updates on when we start international availability!

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our estimated  turn-around time is 7-10 business days to get orders packed and shipped out from your day of purchase. Once in the carriers hands, actual travel time takes from 2-7 business days depending on your location. In total, most orders arrive within two weeks.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Unfortunately we do NOT ship outside the US at the moment. Please join our mailing list for updates on this! We are working hard to make these available elsewhere!

How does your sizing run? 

It depends on the product, but we have new updated sizing guides on every single product right below the cost of the item that looks like this:

I received a damaged/incorrect item. What should I do?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, or if you’re missing an item, contact our customer service team at info@twocrowcollective.com within 3 business days of receipt for further assistance. If damaged or incorrect, providing photos of the item(s) you received as proof, greatly helps our customer service team with assistance.

Do you offer refunds?

We understand that ordering online can be difficult. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase and get a refund or exchange the product for another one.

If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.

Who pays for shipping on items for return?

For returns that are customer-initiated, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
For returns due to incorrect or damaged items, we’ll provide the return label free of charge. Please email our customer service team at info@twocrowcollective.com if you have any questions and we will assist you in whatever way possible!
*Please note that the items must be unworn and unwashed, with the tags still intact.. If signs of wash or wear are visible or the tag is removed, we cannot accept the returned item.
